REFUND POLICY
1. If a login has been purchased in error we will provide a refund.
2. We log all connections. If a login has been used, we will not issue a refund as the service provided by Inoworks SRL / Swissarts.md © has been provided and used excepted those cases specified in this refund policy.
3. Refunds are provided in case of technical incompatibilities or situation that make the subscription useless.
4. All subscriptions are purchased "as is", we do not issue refunds in case a site has no new updates or if the model doesn't please you. So please look at the preview before you buy!
5. No refunds are provided in case of temporary technical difficulties resolved in 24 hours or usability problems caused by the lack of basic computer knowledge of the subscriber.
6. Chargebacks after having accessed and used our services are fraud. Fraud will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law by our attorney.
